Scoop EXL TSL Extender Kit
The TSL Extender allows you to widen the surface area of the Scoop EXL Stretcher for transferring physically larger patients.
With a safe working load of 227 kg and adjustable length, the Scoop EXL is capable of carrying a range of patients, from young to old, small to large. When attached to the head-end, foot-end, or at both ends, the TSL Extender accessory allows the Scoop EXL Stretcher to be extended in shape and width to accommodate larger body shapes and sizes.

Patient Shield
The Patient Shield is specially designed to minimize the transfer of pathogens between patients and patient handlers, equipment and the environment. Requires the delivery of supplemental oxygen, preferably via non-rebreather, to prevent carbon dioxide build-up. Designed for use with the FERNO 35X PROFlexx Ambulance Cot, 35A Ambulance Cot, 93H PROFlexx Ambulance Cot, 93-ES SQUADMATE, and POWERFlexx.
Three-Stage IV Pole
The Three-Stage IV Pole is designed to hold IV solution bags and infusion pumps. Its three-stage, adjustable-height design allows you to place IV solutions at the appropriate level for each patient. The IV Pole mounts directly onto the frame of the POWER X1 Ambulance Cot, iNX Integrated Patient Transport & Loading System, or Mondial Monobloc. It is easy to attach and detach, and can be moved to either side of the cot.

770 Fastrap Quick Restraint System
Fastrap allows you to rapidly and safely secure patients to backboards and other devices. The 10-point, 6-strap system is sequentially color-coded (black, red, yellow, green, and gray) and includes nylon webbing with hook-and-loop closures for fast, easy application.
430 Series Restraints
The Model 430 Restraint is a two-piece, adjustable, primary-use restraint system made of 2” nylon webbing with automotive chrome-plated metal buckles and hardware. Comes in 7’ or 9’ lengths.
Model 430-P Restraints
Model 430-P Restraints are adjustable secondary-use restraints designed to secure a patient on a backboard, hand-carried stretcher, scoop stretcher, stair chair, or extrication device. The restraints feature a plastic buckle and tang and are made of 2-inch polypropylene webbing.

LBS Jr. Bariatric Board
The LBS Bariatric Board attachment quickly and easily converts a FERNO ambulance cot into a bariatric cot for safe transport of bariatric patients. There’s no need to purchase and maintain a specialized cot. The LBS folds flat for easy storage in an ambulance, and can be deployed for use in minutes. The unique design increases the width of a standard cot to accommodate larger patients and does not interfere with the function of a cot. The width of the LBS Jr. with the wings extended is 41 inches and 29 inches with the wings raised.
