NeoMate Pediatric Restraint System

The NeoMate Pediatric Restraint System, designed for pediatric patients ranging in size from 5-14 lb (2.3-6 kg), provides a quick and efficient way to safely secure young patients to almost any cot without having to purchase additional equipment or specialized seats. NeoMate is fully adjustable with a five-point harness system that securely holds patients, providing comfortable restraint for transport. Three straps easily attach the NeoMate to any cot. A Halo Pad keeps the infant’s head stable. NASEMSO pediatric transport recommendations call for all devices, or a combination of devices, to cover a weight range of between 5 to 99 pounds (2.3 - 45 kg). Combining the Pedi Mate+ with the NeoMate creates a covered weight range of 5-100 lb, supporting the safest transport possible for a wide range of ages and sizes. This disposable pouch is made of electronically-sealed vinyl and resists abrasions, acid, formaldehyde and blood stains. It will not leak, deteriorate or mildew, and it is not affected by temperature extremes. Available in white. Disposable pouches are also available with straight zippers or tape closures.

Cobra-D Uniform Rappel Belt

Designed for Emergency Rappel In a class by itself, CMC Rescue offers the only NFPA Certified Uniform Rappel Belt available. Designed for everyday wear but with the performance needed for an emergency rappel or belay. Standard uniform wear for fire fighters, search and rescue, and SWAT personnel, the belt is constructed to the same exacting standards as our harness line and is the only certified uniform belt available. The belt uses 1-3/4” web that fastens securely without requiring any hook-and-loop material. The AustriAlpin D-ring COBRA® buckle is manufactured from 7075 aluminum alloy and features a built-in stainless steel D-ring (Buckle:18 kN / 4,000 lbf MBS, D-ring: 22 kN / 5,000 lbf MBS, straight pull). The buckle requires a two finger release and will not open when loaded. Included web keeper secures excess web at tail end of belt. Adjustable, one size fits most.   Note: This belt is not intended as a substitute for a harness.

Fastlink Pick-Off Strap

This is the only Pick-Off Strap with two carabiners incorporated directly into the strap, which reduces the overall weight. We use the same high-strength, mil-spec web and adjuster hardware as our original Pick-Off Strap. The web begins to slip through the buckle at 17-18 kN (3,800-4,000 lbf). The two ProTech™ Auto-Lock Carabiners with keeper pins are UL Classified to NFPA 1983 – Technical Use.
