AZTEK Pro Series LT System

Originally developed by Reed Thorne of Arizona-based Ropes That Rescue, the AZTEK (Arizona Technician’s Edge Kit) is used globally and offers more than 100 rigging solutions in a bag. As one of the most versatile tools used in rope rescue, the system reflects the philosophy of keeping rigging equipment simple, efficient, non-specialized, light and small. The design of the CMC AZTEK ProSeries LT System (Load Tender) leaves no detail ignored. The more compact ‘LT’ version of the AZTEK offers 28 feet of 8 mm AZTEK ProSeries Cord that can extend the set-of-fours up to 6 feet, providing a 4:1 or 5:1 mechanical advantage with a minimum breaking strength (MBS) of 38 kN (8,542 lbf). The LT system includes (2) ProTech Aluminum Auto-Lock Carabiners w/ removable keeper pin – 29 kN (6,519 lbf) for attaching to the swivel ends. (Note: Included carabiners must be installed by the user and are UL Classified to NFPA 1983 – Technical Use)

NAJO RediHold Backboard

The NAJO RediHold backboard features two handles at a tapered end to allow for more stable transport. The head area is smooth to ensure all head immobilization devices adhere to the board and the edges are angled for simpler log-rolling. The NAJO RediHold is buoyant and can be used to float a patient weighing up to 155 lb in water. NAJO boards meet OSHA recommendations with strong, one-piece high-density, polyethylene plastic construction. The backboards are filled with polyurethane foam and feature greater density around the handholds. They are impervious to all bodily fluids, easy to decontaminate, and are 100% radiolucent. Strong, yet lightweight, NAJO boards are buoyant and can float a patient in water.

Model 71 Basket Stretcher

The Ferno Model 71 Basket Stretcher is made with a high-density polyethylene shell supported by a permanently attached, heavy-duty, aluminum frame. Molded-in runners and handholds make it easy to handle, and brass grommets are strategically located for quick use with Model 418-1 Adjustable Lifting Bridle (tag lines should always be used when lifting the basket stretcher). The shell is chemical, UV, rust, and corrosion resistant and a replaceable closed-cell foam pad is attached inside the stretcher for patient comfort. Four two-piece 5' quick-release patient restraints are simple to use and permit the rescuers to easily change the position of the straps to fit each patient.

Advantage Rescue Litter

The Advantage is an improved redesign from any other plastic style rescue litter available today. The fully-internal stainless steel frame has a 2500 lb. strength rating while giving a completely smooth sliding surface on the bottom. The outer High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) shell is attached to the top tube, allowing the secondary rail to be completely accessible to provide unlimited options for tying in your patient during the most technical rescue operation.

Spartan Rescue Litter

The Spartan is our new plastic split-apart rescue litter that features our patented LocSafe Connection system and StratLoad™ attachment points. The unique Split-Apart feature allows for a completely secure connection between the parts of the stretcher, without the use of pins or tubes sliding into each other. The LocSafe feature allows for quick and easy visual check to ensure connections are secure throughout an operation. A small button stops split apart connection from being disengaged during the rescue process. The top rail is completely exposed which eliminates the need for rescuers to find cut outs and offers unencumbered access for multiple rescuers to grab the rail at any location.
